Info Chat is enabled after completing payment. You can use it to resolve questions related only to the cities included in that itinerary, for example, accommodation, transportation, activities, reservations, or logistics. You can also use it before confirming your Preferences/Restrictions/Special Conditions and while ITBMO requests accommodation and transportation information.

Yes. Up to 10 inquiries per paid itinerary are included., focused exclusively on the cities on that trip. The limit is clearly displayed before payment so you always know what your purchase includes.

ITBMO uses your accommodation area as a geographical reference and considers the mode of transportation you will use to create a logical sequence of visits, reduce unnecessary travel, and make the most of each day.

After you complete the information for all the cities, ITBMO will ask you only once in which language you would like to receive the itinerary. That language will be the reference for the itinerary and your departure documents. Regardless of the page or itinerary language, you can write to ITBMO and Info Chat in any language supported by the chat. If a language is not supported, ITBMO will let you know. Yes. Generated trips can appear in My Trips. From there you can open the Trip Workspace, see the cities in that trip and return to each city itinerary without generating it again.

It is the preparation layer for each city. ITBMO analyzes the itinerary and brings together only relevant needs such as tickets, reservations, experiences and mobility. Connectivity and other trip-wide services belong to the whole trip and are not repeated city by city.

ITBMO saves the necessary progress and attempts to resume the paid trip if a disconnection, interruption, or page reload occurs. Completed cities are retained, and ITBMO will only retry the remaining cities. If the available attempts are exhausted, do not make another payment: use the retry option displayed by the Planner or contact support.

No. ITBMO helps you research and organize your trip, but hotels, tours, tickets, transportation, and other services are booked directly with their respective providers. When enabled, some links on the page may take you to external partners.
